Hey, gidday mates! We’re in that crossover period between spring showers and summer heat right now in New York City, and the atmosphere outside feels not unlike the inside of a mouth. Not my favorite. So, lightweight raincoats are an absolute must because you never know when the skies are going to open and drench all and sundry. I say lightweight, because anything heavier will result in a similar drenching, from sweat. Ewwwwww. Jenny and I took a spin around Nolita with our mate Kat Irlin yesterday, and paired our trench coats with easy T-shirts, broken-in denim and Chuck Taylors. Fun fact: The jeans that Jenny’s wearing are my 10-year-old Ksubi Van Winkles, which I bought in Auckland in 2006, and wore every day for the next two years. No joke. They were one color when I got them, every fade you see is entirely legit. (Pity I’ve outgrown them.)
I LIKE YOU!
