Hey, gidday mates! Anybody who knows me knows that I’m a stickler for certain styles. I wear what I know, and I know what I like. But recently I’ve been making an effort to branch out a bit, so when Neiman Marcus called on me to style a look from the latest spring/summer drop in store, I decided to to try something a little different in the form of athleisure.
First up, that bomber jacket by Diesel — it’s lightweight nylon, showerproof and functional as hell with a never-ending array of pockets. Perfect for cooler summer days, or to throw on over your favorite workout gear en route to the gym.
Next, these pants by Theory — also nylon, with an elasticated waistband and ankles, but cut with a trouser fit and zip-up pockets at the back to give more of a proper-pants look. I’m obsessed with these. The fit on them is perfect. You probably could workout in them, but you could also throw on a jacket and tie and wear them as a casual take on suit pants.
Next, this Rag & Bone T-shirt, which is the coolest thing I’ve seen in a long long time. Featuring that broken heart embroidery design, it’s cut from the ultimate faded black jersey, and it rules. New favorite piece. Gonna live in this all summer.
Finally, my Adidas Ultra Boosts, which I bought to work out in, and which I’ve barely taken off since.
Turns out this old dog can learn a new trick or two. Might take a bit of time though. The best news is that it’s all available (and on sale) right here.
