Over the weekend I got the chance to hang out with Mr Porter’s social content guru Lauren Luxenberg, who was visiting New York from London, and as you might imagine, when you get a blogger and a content creator in the same room, the conversation quickly turned to Instagram. Now, I’m not sure if you follow Mr Porter’s Instagram account, but it is BEAUTIFUL. Seeing as Lauren is responsible for a lot of the imagery that makes it so wildly popular, I figured she’d be the perfect person to share her top Instagram tips and tricks she’s learned along the way. Bear in mind that these are coming from a girl who’s so obsessive about aesthetics that she color coordinates the apps on her iPhone. So without further ado…Click to Continue!
Hey, gidday mates! Following on from my conversation with Kat Irlin last week, I sat down with my friend and fellow blogger Justin Livingston to chat about the reality of life as an Instagram all star. Besides Kat, Justin is probably my favorite account to follow on Instagram — he has this unique ability to make you feel like you’re right there in the photo with him; something he attributes to shooting his fashion content in the same way that the best food bloggers shoot their table settings. Justin’s career has skyrocketed since I first met him back in 2012, and he has a unique perspective on this social media world in which we’re living. So without further ado…Click to Continue!

Not just any walk, mind you, but a stroll around Le Marais with Sir Paul Smith. The powers that be had invited Jenny and myself on this walk to spend a bit of time with the 69 year old designer/entrepreneur, and to shoot some Instagram photos in the process — Sir Paul’s an active user — and when he bounded into the office with all the enthusiasm of Storm Jonas, I concluded that the singing and dancing party at the end of his Paris Fashion Week shows is simply his typical state of being.Click to Continue!
1. Let’s kick things off with How To Make A Murderer. Spoiler alert: Don’t be upset when you realize that both Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey were found guilty and are still in jail to this day. I googled it after the third episode because I remembered that disappointing feeling listening to Serial when we didn’t conclusively know anything more about Adnan’s guilt or innocence at the end than we did in the first episode. Turns out these documentaries — as intensely gripping as they might be — don’t all have happy endings like the courtroom drama films we’re used to. Go figure.Click to Continue!
