Hey, gidday mates! Happy New Year!!! Back to life, back to reality. Early January is always a weird time — everyone’s still in holiday mode but obsessively trying to cling on to their resolutions; after all, 17 days is all that’s required to create a habit (I have no science to back that up, FYI). I guess I’m no exception. I worked out at Equinox in Soho with Moti Ankari on Saturday and I even found myself promising to go at least five times per week in 2016.
