Hey, gidday mates! I’m currently lying on my bed fighting off waves of exhaustion after two huge days watching Lorde, Wu Tang, Flume, Chance The Rapper, and a bunch of others perform at Governors Ball this weekend. So many memories. On the first night the line for the ferry was so long that I ended up walking across the RFK Bridge to the 120-something’th Street with like 5000 teenagers who were blasting Chance and DJ Khaled and Lil Uzi Vert from their iPhones. Almost made me feel young again. ALMOST. I shot these photos with my mate Jeremy Mitchell lastClick to Continue!
Hey, gidday mates! As you can see behind me, spring has officially hit the East Village. The weather’s getting hot too, and you might have noticed from recent posts that I’m living in cotton varsity jackets and harringtons. This white version by Gant — which I picked up from HauteLook — is about as warm-weather friendly as you’ll find. Just don’t eat any ketchup while you’re wearing it. No joke. Don’t.Click to Continue!
Hey, gidday mates! Like I mentioned on Instagram earlier, Jenny Albright and I deejayed the Shop Style New York Fashion Week Men’s event on Tuesday night and it was a parrrrrty. I was dressed by John Varvatos for the occasion, and I chose my look based on one of my favourite movie characters of all time: Gabriel Byrne in The Usual Suspects. He plays a con-man turned Manhattan restauranteur, and his style is classic 90s formal — a dark suit with a white T-shirt tucked in underneath. You might have noticed from my recent Instagram posts that I’m tucking in nonstop at the moment, even with a pair of jeans and a T-shirt. Here are my reasons: It makes your legs look 10 times longer; it makes your waist look smaller and your upper body look bigger; and Johnny Depp was always doing it when he was young, so it must be a good call. Give it a go, I think you’ll be surprised by how good it looks right now.Click to Continue!
