Hey, gidday mates. It was my birthday yesterday. I am officially 31 years old. [Insert profound life statement here.] No but seriously though, it’s been a good few months. I’m happy. My parents came to visit me for the first time since I’ve been living in the States and I got to show them around my city and introduce them to all my friends. They go home tomorrow. Tears will be shed. But as of today, life is good. It’s a sentimental week so allow me this one little moment: Thanks for following, you guys are my mates.Click to Continue!
Hey, gidday mates! From 1950s college campuses to Sinatra and the Rat Pack, Original Penguin has been outfitting cool kids all over the world now for 60 years. My first dabble with the brand occurred 10 years ago in Los Angeles when I bought a couple of pairs of Penguin swimming shorts that were unlike anything I’d seen before back home — i.e. awesome 1960s style trunks as opposed to baggy below-the-knee boardies — and I’m pleased to say that the offering is still just as solid. I picked up this seersucker suit and polo combo to wear to the Tan Lines gig the brand put on as a 60 year birthday party last week in Williamsburg (good times all round) and I can honestly say that my CPW (compliments per wear) ratio has been absurdly high. The people have spoken, and the people love seersucker. Get in the game!Click to Continue!
Hey, gidday mates! Over the course of two days during New York Fashion Week back in February, I had the extremely pleasurable pleasure of shooting a day-in-the-life short film for Details Magazine alongside my buddies Justin Livingston of Scout Sixteen fame, and Saul Carrasco of Trend Styled fame. But this is no regular short film! It incorporates special technology that enables you to click on anything that tickles your fancy as the film is playing, and at the end, shows you all the things you clicked on and where you can buy them/explore more. Not bad, right? Check it out below, and click, click, click!Click to Continue!
