Last night I tried my first raw oyster and my first lobster roll — both ruled — and today we toured a series of local artisanal workshops and got stuffed in the process (shout out to In’finiti Fermentation and Distillation, Tandem Coffee Roasters, Bunker Brewing, Urban Farm Fermentory, MaineClick to Continue!
