Hey, gidday mates! Ever find yourself in a situation where you need to look like you’re making an effort but you don’t want to go overboard on the formality? Same. On those days, this is my go-to outfit. It’s simple and classic — blue blazer, grey pants, and leather lace-ups; but the unbuttoned (unironed) chambray shirt keeps things relaxed and a little disheveled. On the day I shot these photos with my boy Bobby Hicks, I was running all over the city from meetings to meetings — the hotter it got, the more buttons came undone. I’m just going to come right out and say it — Rodeo Drive and all its luxury stores realllllly did it for me when I was in LA. One of the definite highlights of my trip was walking up and down and checking out the window displays, the ready-to-wear, and even the handbags in all the different boutiques. My shameless consumerism knows no bounds. So I did the ultimate tourist thing and took bad photos of the store fronts and logos (plus one sneaky shot of the shoes at Celine). These are those photos.
