Hey, gidday mates! I’m reporting to you live from Paris, having left Milan yesterday afternoon on the fashion flight with every 17 year old male model, a bunch of menswear editors, and Jenny. Now I’m sitting in the living room of my Montmartre apartment listening to Good Charlotte with Jenny and Kat Irlin of @kat_in_nyc fame, who arrived from New York at 5:00 this morning. Those two are talking too much for me to be able to concentrate properly on writing this blog post, so without further ado, here are a bunch of photos shot on our last day of shows in Milan, and which appeared in GQ, British Vogue and Vogue Paris, and WWD. Hey, gidday mates! I’m a sucker for street style photography, it’s where I (and quite possibly you) pick up the vast majority of my outfit inspiration. But despite the fact that it’s women’s season right now, I’ve still been trawling through the slideshows to see what style takeaways I can glean from the ladies. And rest assured, there are a ton; even for us boys. My three favorites: 1. Stonewash denim (always good). 2. Hoodies layered under heavier jackets. 3. A pop of red. But whether you wear them separately or altogether like my new favorite dresser Chiara Capitani (above), they will not let you down. God bless America! More below.Click to Continue!

Hey, gidday mate. I had a remarkably similar situation when I was 21 years old — my sister and I went to see our friends in Toronto, and that group of friends included my ex-girlfriend. I was the instigator of the breakup, but I was very keen to see her, and I’d be lying if I said there wasn’t a have-my-cake-and-eat-it motivation involved.Click to Continue!
A few friends and I went to Don Don Rikka the other night for dinner. It’s a cute little Japanese restaurant in Short Street, Newmarket. Besides the delightful food and authentic Japanese setting, the cool thing about Don Don Rikka is that it’s the only stockist in New Zealand of this bizarre drink called Gyugyutto Shimikomu – aka Collagen Water. I saw it on the drinks menu and had to get one to try. The passion-peach flavour was delicious, but I wondered what on Earth it’s good for. After a bit of research I discovered that the drink contains 2800Click to Continue!
